Facing the Past is an international network of scholars dedicated to researching past illegal intercountry adoptions and exploring measures that adoption stakeholders can use to adequately address the injustices experienced by adoptees and their families. Our mission is to spark informed discussions, influence policy, and contribute to justice and reparations for those affected by illegal intercountry adoption.
